|| Shri Hanuman Ji Trikala Smaran ||

Devoted worshippers of Shri Hanuman Ji should remember and meditate upon Him three times a day. However, if this is not possible, they may perform the Trikaalika (three-time) meditation and worship either in the morning or in the evening. The meditation verses along with their meanings are provided here.

( 1 )
I remember in the morning that immensely powerful Hanuman Ji, who is like a bee at the lotus feet of Shri Ramchandra Ji, who burned the city of Lanka and brought joy to the gods, who is the abode of all accomplishments and perfections, and who is renowned throughout the world for his extraordinary might.
( 2 )
I bow at midday to the eternal son of Anjani, Hanuman Ji, who is the sole means of deliverance from the ocean of worldly existence, the protector of those who seek refuge, whose unparalleled glory is renowned in the world, who is supremely skilled in alleviating the ocean of mental anguish of Sita Ji, and who is like the divine wish-fulfilling tree for those who offer him reverence.
( 3 )
In the evening, I sing the praises of the compassionate Hanuman Ji, whose glory in destroying the sorrows of those who seek refuge is renowned throughout the world. He is the slayer of Akshakumara, the comet-like destroyer of the entire demon race, and the one who brought immense joy to Sita Ji, the daughter of King Videha.
